FILM: MOONRISE KINGDOM

One of the most impactful projects I worked on was Wes Anderson's Moonrise Kingdom. As part of the locations team, I had a front row seat when it came to filmmaking. It was in this role that I learned how influential design could be when it came to storytelling, I saw, firsthand, how color theory changed the mood and feelings of a storyline, and here, I understood the art and necessity of organization.

This experience gave me a strong design foundation which I apply to my current role as a product designer.

Moonrise Kingdom opened the Cannes Film festival in 2012.
