my design process

I believe in conducting thorough user research, exploring how design can solve tough problems, and always designing with the user in mind.

Step1: What problem are we solving?

I want to design products that ultimately solve a problem. I believe that adequate research into who the user is, what their needs are, and what their specific use cases are lays the foundation for designing an meaningful solution.

Step 2: White boarding to the rescue!

How will the user interact with my product? What's superfluous and what's required? I map out every flow, every interaction, every screen, and question every decision. It's a tedious process but it ensures quality, ease of use, and a seamless experience.

Step 3: pen & paper: always in style

Committing my ideas to paper first facilitates a faster wire framing and product design process. Once this is done, I have a vision and a direction for the project. This enables me to design and iterate more quickly in a digital environment.
